This line was chosen for its flexibility in performing high-mix assembly with long or short run capability. The equipment package includes the dual-head, conveyorized MS392 pick and place with speed of 5,500 cph and ability to mount SMDs down to 01005 and connectors up to 150 x 100mm. Also included is the MC-1400 automatic stencil printer; the lead-free CR5000F convection reflow oven with KIC Auto Focus Power software, and the CT-90L inline inspection conveyor.
